Jordan has been designing and building digital products since 2015, working across user experience, product design, service design, research, development, automation, and AI.
Much of that work involved complex digital services — the kind with many users, many steps, and real operational constraints. Understanding how people, information, and processes fit together was the job before any interface got designed.
ForwardVantage applies that same practice to focused operational problems — for growing businesses and teams inside larger organizations where software decisions have direct daily consequences.
